Termite and Pest Pre-Treatment

Complies with Australian Standards AS 3660.1 – 2000.

We are contracted on a regular basis by several of Perth’s top builders.

Pre treatments are done before the concrete pad is laid during the construction of a property or an extension on a property.

This involves spraying a chemical at the rate of 5 litres per square metre on the sand just prior to the concrete being poured.

A certificate and a mud map is e-mailed or posted to the developer which can be  produced to the relevant authorities.
